No, the entire hotel is non-smoking.

No, only ADA service animals are allowed.

The hotel has 2 elevators extending from the garage to the guest floors.  Room keys are required to access guest floors, but they are not needed to access the lobby from the garage.

The hotel has 2 external stairways that lead to guest floors.  Guests can exit the building to go down the stairways.  But, to use the stairways to access their rooms, guests must contact the front desk.  Doors on each level are locked from the outside.

Yes, the fitness center is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.  Please stop by the front desk for a key, there is no charge. 

Yes, guests have 24-hour access to computers and printers in the lobby.  Copy and fax services can be provided by the front desk.  There may be a charge for these services.

No, but snack/soda/water and ice machines are located on all guest floors.

No, but there is a laundromat 4 blocks from the hotel.  And, the hotel provides laundry and dry cleaning services through an outside vendor.

No, but prepaid orders can be delivered to the front desk.

No.  But, since the restaurant has been closed for breakfast due to the pandemic, as a courtesy for this inconvenience the hotel has been providing complimentary Grab & Go items in the lobby every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.  Once the restaurant reopens for breakfast, this service will be discontinued.

Luggage storage is complimentary but luggage can only be stored on the day of arrival or departure.  Luggage cannot be stored overnight.

We are located on the corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and 20th Street, 1.7 miles from the beach.

Our neighborhood is comprised of dwellings, medical buildings, and small businesses.

The hotel does not have any shuttle service to the airport, medical facilities, or anywhere else.

Across the street is a bus stop and buses run frequently on a daily basis.  The metro station is 5 blocks from the hotel.

The hotel has a 2-level underground garage with space for standard-sized vehicles only. Please note the maximum clearance is 7 feet, we are unable to accommodate oversized vehicles. The parking charge is $15.00 plus 18% tax ($17.70 inclusive) per car, per night.
